ABOUT RADIENT-SE
RADIENT-SE was created by a group of HVAC service professionals who used Salesforce CRM for many years and wanted to integrate their service agreement estimating activities with their selling process. No more Excel workbooks to maintain, no more worrying if sales reps had the latest version of our spreadsheet. Our goal was to create a simple to use tool that focused on the essentials of estimating the cost of Service options, while being able to centrally manage rate changes and policy guidelines throughout the organization, all inside Salesforce.
